and somewhere inbetween that olive oil/cheese with bread and a banana,
so today was a pretty big fail. Although i didnt eat for lunch nearly as much as i used to.
I have driving class from 5-7 tomorrow and then im staying for the next one which is from 7:15-9:15. So i don't plan to eat dinner. Im thinking of maybe doing a fast for 48 hrs. Idk how much it would help, but it would prevent any more calories an shit. And hopefully do a little working out throughout the day. Wish me luck!

pretty certain ive literally gained about ten pounds...that *** I DONT KNOW HOW TO TAKE BACK OFF! (help help!)****
i feel like i have so much fat in my thighs...jesus. Its awful.
After swimming my eating habits didnt get better, they stayed the same way as they were during season (aka: EATING EVERYTHING) my eating habits before were great, but i just cant do it anymore. I WANT TO!

pretty pathetic, cant keep my eating habits. Just ate a shitload of chocolates -__- im really shitty at this. i had this under control- then swimming started...and now i cant stop.

it's been a while! swimming is almost over. this week is my last week, and this saturday is my last competition. I've eaten so much this season, but swam a lot of it off ;]
hoping to gain control again and resume the diet i had before swimming. Im back up to 133 pounds, and i used to be around the 120 border before swimming. Plus, i get my braces off feb 24th! so hopefully after that i can get some decent heaadshots done like ive been planning to, forever. i just need to gain control and remind myself that its just food and that if done correctly i can still eat and thin down.
in the process of creating a website, ill post links when its done :] mostly for my photography.
